Our Mission

As a 100% subsidiary of the Grassland Centre Lower Saxony/Bremen, PRO WEIDELAND aims to counteract the decline in pasture farming. Together with a broad alliance from science, business and politics, our mission is to use pasture farming to enhance the competitiveness of participating farms and the diverse environmental benefits of pasture farming, thereby optimising the sustainability of grassland-based production. To this end, we have launched the PRO WEIDELAND label, which we have successfully established on the market.
